Cboe Subscriber Agreement

Note: OMX (Nordic) is now part of the NASDAQ and requires the NASDAQ OMX agreement to be activated. Opra (Option Price Reporting Authority) Professional Subscriber Agreement, which includes options and index data on the following participating exchanges: AMEX, BATS, BSE, CBOE, ISE, NASDAQ, NYSE Arca, PHLX Companies that market Cboe U.S. Equities market data in real time via controlled display devices must manage a Cboe subscriber agreement or equivalent agreement with any end-user subscriber company or a single person. This agreement is made available to the end user directly by the market data distributor and not by Cboe. Companies have four options for managing the Cboe subscriber agreement or an equivalent agreement: the transfer fee is the responsibility of the party that originated the transfer. Customers should ensure that, when making transfers to OPRA, the fee code for bank charges is set to “OUR” instead of “SHA” or “BEN”. The code “OUR” instructs banks not to deduct the transfer fee, if any, from the payment sent. All bank transfer fees deducted from customer payments to OPRA result in underpayment of OPRA invoices. These fees remain on the accounts as balances due until they are paid by the customer/subscriber.

Authorization to provide Network A market data to subscribers via controlled devices (including AMEX). The first customers of the NYSE must also sign the NYSE Professional Subscriber Agreement (below). With the exception of the agreements and market data forms mentioned below are managed by Cboe. The Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) is opra`s “transformer”,” collecting the latest sales and price information from each of opra`s participating exchanges and consolidating and disseminating it on behalf of OPRA. All transactions executed on each options exchange and options quotes generated by each options exchange are communicated to the public by OPRA through siac entities.
