This agreement is made available to the end user directly by the market data distributor and not by Cboe. Companies have four options for managing the Cboe subscriber agreement or an equivalent agreement: the transfer fee is the responsibility of the party that originated the transfer. Customers should ensure that, when making transfers to OPRA, the fee code for bank charges is set to “OUR” instead of “SHA” or “BEN”. The code “OUR” instructs banks not to deduct the transfer fee, if any, from the payment sent. All bank transfer fees deducted from customer payments to OPRA result in underpayment of OPRA invoices. These fees remain on the accounts as balances due until they are paid by the customer/subscriber.
