Nta Collective Bargaining Agreement

The most current NTA/NUSD agreement, with all the provisions of the treaty. Use this form if your evaluator has referred you to this program due to an unsatisfactory evaluation or if you wish to participate voluntarily in this program. (For more information, see Article 18 of the Treaty) The final evaluation form to be used by an administrator and sent to the human resources department. It can be included in your personal file and used for future compliance, discipline or dismissal. (For more information, see Article 9 of the Treaty) If you have a serious injury or illness, use this request for the use of the Catastrophic Leave Bank. The NTA Catastrophic Leave Committee will review your application and, if approved, will reimburse every day you lose for this injury/illness. Only high school: use this form to exceed the contractual limit of 34 in each basic class. (For more information, see Article 8 of the Treaty) Use this form if you believe an administrator has violated the duration of the contract. The NTA will review the complaint and act on your behalf if you wish. You can only use this form after having an informal meeting with your administrator to discuss the alleged violation, otherwise NTA will deny the claim of the continuation of the arbitration. (For more information, see Article 5 of the Treaty). Use this form only if you have had: 1) an informal meeting with your administrator, 2) a complaint at Level 1, 3) consulted by the NTA about the complaint, and 4) Level 1 was denied by your administrator.

While a member can file a claim himself at Level 2, it is highly recommended to have the association file at that level on your behalf. If the Level 2 appeal is dismissed, the NTA Board of Directors will consider whether or not the appeal should be brought before an arbitration tribunal, so it is best to consult with us in the first place. Use us as contract experts! (For more information, see Article 5 of the Treaty) This is the official compliance form that your administrator must use to include compliance in your assessment. No other forms may be used for evaluation without the NTA`s consent. This does NOT prevent an administrator from coming into your classroom to observe and document what he observes in other forms, but these other forms cannot be attached to your observation. An administrator can enter at any time. (For more information, see Article 9 of the Treaty) This form allows you to apply for family care leave that includes the care of a spouse, parent, child or yourself. You can use up to 12 weeks of work to care for a member of your immediate family, but you can only be paid for up to 25 days of your sick leave. (For more information, see Article 11 of the Treaty) Use this form if you have lost teaching property or stolen from your classroom for which you believe you are not responsible.
